The Victoria Real Estate Board is pleased to announce the 2016 REALTOR® Event, May 31st at the Victoria Conference Centre.

The REALTOR® Event is a unique opportunity to showcase your product or service and network with a large contingent of local Realtors. 

This year’s theme is Sustainable Futures.

An improved event, based on your feedback

Room to roam. The spacious Victoria Conference Centre will allow for more trade show participants, including a range of full sized booths with ample room for displays and demonstrations.

More time with attendees. The conference schedule includes allocated time for the trade show and more time between sessions for attendees to visit booths.

More opportunity! New this year, there will be opportunity for locally owned small businesses to participate in the Local Boutique area. We have also introduced options for sponsored speaker sessions.

In 2015 Realtor Members of the Victoria Real Estate Board generated a total of $2.8 Billion in real estate transactions.

Spin-off spending attributed to real estate purchases in British Columbia is estimated to be $62,725 (2014) per home sale.

Corporate advertising to reach our 1,200 Members is available beginning in February and will continue to the event in May.

Based on sales for our market area, 2016 sales are projected to generate over $400 Million dollars of spin-off spending.
