Selling your home is a big deal – it’s probably the largest transaction you’ll make in your lifetime.

If you’re in the process of choosing a Realtor, here are some questions you can ask to help find the best Realtor for you and your property:

  1. How will you market my property?

  2. Are there any concerns you have about my property that might impact the value or time it takes to sell?

  3. Is there anything unique about my property that we need to consider?

  4. What fees will I pay over the course of the sale? What will I receive for these fees?

  5. What will be the biggest challenge selling this property?

  6. Throughout this process when are you available to discuss any questions?

  7. Will I be working with you exclusively or do you have a team? Can I find out more about them and what they’ll be responsible for?

  8. What sets you apart from other Realtors?
