VREB's Government Relations Committee launches new housing data initiative

The VREB's Government Relations Committee has officially kicked off a series of meetings with the 13 municipalities across the Capital Regional District, starting with Esquimalt Mayor Barbara Desjardins. These meetings mark the launch of a new initiative: producing quarterly housing market statistics tailored specifically to each of the municipalities.

This initiative is designed to support local governments in understanding housing trends and making informed decisions around planning and policy. The committee is looking forward to building stronger relationships with municipal leaders and providing meaningful data that reflects the unique characteristics of each community.
