On November 1, 2013, the Victoria Real Estate Board sales began reporting its market activity analysis based on the MLS® Home Price Index (MLS® HPI).

Our historical statistics, based largely on average and median price analyses, remain available here for reference.

Your REALTOR® will be able to provide you with an expert interpretation of these historical statistics and how they relate to today's market conditions.

Notes for Interpreting Our Statistics

The use of sale price statistics can be useful in establishing trends when applied over a period of time, i.e. six months or longer. The Victoria Real Estate Board cautions, however, that such information does not indicate the actual value of any particular property. Those requiring specific information on property values should contact a REALTOR®.
